Your job:
As an HR Business Partner—or, as we call ourselves internally, a People & Growth Partner—you are the central point of contact for your departments when it comes to HR issues, providing them with comprehensive support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and development to offboarding.
- Recruiting & Onboarding:
You will shape the candidate journey—from approaching potential talent to successfully integrating new team members. You will use modern recruiting methods such as active sourcing, conduct interviews, and accompany the entire selection process. You will ensure that new employees undergo a structured and professional onboarding process. - Personnel Development:
You will accompany our performance feedback meetings and support our team leads in deriving development measures for their employees. With creative ideas, you will work on the further development of existing formats such as regular 1:1s and feedback rounds. At the same time, you will provide employees with advice and support to promote their professional development and efficiently organize training opportunities. - HR Administration & Processes:
You will be responsible for maintaining our digital personnel files and ensuring that HR documents are always up to date and complete. In addition, you will optimize existing HR processes and drive forward digitalization in the HR department. Your experience working with our HR software Personio will provide important impetus for the efficient design of operational processes. - Payroll:
You will take care of payroll preparation and ensure that all relevant data is processed correctly and on time. You will consult with the specialist departments and ensure smooth communication with our external service provider.
Your profile:
- You have already gained solid professional experience in human resources—either in a comprehensive HR role or with a focus on recruiting or personnel development—and would like to further deepen your knowledge. Ideally, you have already worked in an IT or technology-oriented company and are familiar with the requirements of dynamic, growing teams.
- You have either successfully completed commercial training, e.g., as a human resources specialist, or a degree with a focus on human resources – or you can demonstrate similar qualifications.
- You have excellent organizational skills, work in a structured manner, and enjoy making processes more efficient and introducing new standards. Your excellent German and English skills, both verbal and written, help you to act confidently in your area of responsibility.
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, maintain an overview even when priorities change, and approach new tasks in a solution-oriented manner.
- As a true team player, you support team leads and employees in every step of the employee lifecycle and ensure that personnel-related issues are comprehensively addressed. You are able to collaborate with various departments and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
