Your job:

  • You are the face to the customer, owning the long-term relationship with our enterprise customers—from onboarding and adoption to QBRs.

  • You build trusted relationships and continuously develop them—working with multiple stakeholders on the customer side.

  • You own renewals and identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell)—partnering closely with our Account Executives to close them.

  • You keep a close eye on customer health (e.g., usage, engagement, NPS), spot risks early, and proactively drive churn prevention actions.

  • You act as the internal voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to Product so we can measurably improve our product and processes.

  • You turn customers into references, case studies, and advocates.

Your profile:

  • You bring experience in Customer Success / Account Management in B2B SaaS (ideally enterprise), including renewals and expansion.

  • You’ve worked strategically and data-driven (interpreting health signals and translating them into actions).

  • You communicate clearly and confidently and bring strong negotiation skills—in both German and English.

  • You’re proactive and tackle topics before they become problems.

  • You enjoy using AI tools in your day-to-day work to scale preparation, analysis, and processes.

  • You thrive in a PLG environment where Sales and Product work closely together—and you create impact right at that intersection.
